2. Joining Fee: TescoShop also collect joining fees from whichever manufactures. We implement rigorous screening and auditing procedures for manufacturers to guarantee product quality, safeguarding our sellers’ reputation and buyers’ interest.

3. Partner Services: TescoShop collaborate with third-party partners like payment processors, insurance providers, marketing agencies, logistics companies, taking a referral fee or profit share for each service utilised by the selling operations.

Through offering free promotional opportunities, we not only boost our visibility but also attract a diverse array of manufacturers to our platform, saving them considerable advertising costs. (3) No. TescoShop neither produce nor manufacture goods. Instead, we provide a transactional platform, offering trade assurance and logistical warehousing services. This approach allows us to focus on facilitating seamless exchanges between manufacturers, sellers and buyers, ensuring a reliable and efficient marketplace for all.

1. Buyer Places Order:
- The buyer places an order through TescoShop.
- The order information is sent to the Seller.

2. Seller Payment to Manufacturer:
- To confirm the order, the seller pays the product's cost price to the manufacturer through TescoShop.
- TescoShop acts as a secure intermediary, ensuring that the payment is processed correctly and that the manufacturer receives the funds required to initiate packaging.

3. Packaging and Delivery Preparation:
- The manufacturer packages the product according to specifications and prepares it for delivery.

4. Buyer Payment to TescoShop:
- Once the product is ready for shipment, the buyer pays TescoShop for the product price, covering the costs and initiating the delivery process.
- TescoShop holds these funds securely until the product reaches the buyer.

6. Delivery to Buyer:
- The product is delivered to the buyer.
- The buyer confirms receipt through the platform, indicating that the product has been received in satisfactory condition.

7. Funds Release to Seller:
- TescoShop releases the principal amount and any earned commissions to the seller's account.
- This payment is processed securely and transparently, ensuring that the seller is compensated for their sales while TescoShop retains any service fees.

Once order(s) placed at shop, Sellers are required to process it within 24 hours. Failure to do so might lead to complaints by Buyers, which, if they accumulate, can significantly damage both the shop and TescoShop’s reputation and traffic. Consequences may include:

Yes. You can sell your own products on TescoShop as long as they meet our essential criteria for merchandise. Firstly, you'll need to register your shop and fully understand our platform's operational system. Additionally, your product's sales performance, after-sales service, and logistics capabilities will be evaluated. If your products meet our standards, you may establish your brand and your products will then be eligible for sale on TescoShop.
